Ebola out of control, Obama has his best team on it, what could go wrong?

Given how wonderfully Obamacare rolled out and we are now sending 3000 American troops into an area full of disease, turmoil and terrorists, what could go wrong with this Ebola epidemic?

How about some epidemic movies?

Outbreak was overall a very bad movie, but this below is an okay scene (J.T. Walsh is okay, but when I go for overacting, I want Al Pacino, Charlton Heston, or Gene Hackman in the role).  I tried to find the scene from Outbreak that show the virus going airborne in a movie theater (you could see tiny droplets floating in the air after a sneeze).

Although this is probably how Benghazi cover up went down the day after…

And here are some more selections you can probably get on Netflix...

Although I did enjoy the outbreak jokes in The Simpsons: Home Sweet Home-Diddily-Dum-Doodily

  1. HAHAHAHA!!! You gotta laugh at this wunderkind of intellectual irony in leadership from behind. Boots on the ground for Ebola in Africa, to fight this horrible scourge of the people of Africa, Half-Land of his birth, while NO. BOOTS. ON. THE. GROUND. for fighting IS/ISIS/ISIL, the scourge of the middle east, land of this religious sympathies. You cannot make this shit up anymore. It writes itself.

  2. I realize that sending troops to "combat Ebola" is ridiculous wording, but as long as the soldiers a're performing useful tasks that aren't being done now, don't you think it's better to try to control this disease in Africa than waiting 'til it gets here? You know, just like it's better to kill jihadis in the ME than in Maine?

Even if we halted all arrivals from Africa tomorrow, as long as they could travel to other places in the world the virus would still inevitably come here. Unless you propose a self-quarantine of the US from the rest of the world.

    1. To that I would effectively say you might as well start nuking those parts of Africa that show Ebola infestation. It is Africa after all and all you'll end up doing is about $6 of damage.
